One of SoCal’s best-known dubstep heads, EMU joined the SMOG crew early on after catching some attention with his remix of Horace Andy’s “Skylarking.” He went on to make major waves with a fresh “Throw Some D’s” remix, and has since become an LA underground favorite. With heavy-handed basslines and thick talent, EMU is not only a DJ but also an integral part of the dubstep community, keeping the scene thriving and moving forward with his fat selection of dubs from around the globe. His track with 12th Planet called “Control” on Basshead Records sold heaps of copies and landed the DJ with gigs all over the nation. He is currently completing his first full length album entitled “Nord”.
